"When I found that I was relocating to Southern California from the Bay Area, I started to look on line for places to live.  I had decided on Long Beach, as it was a beach city, and still somewhat affordable....Now, all I needed was someone who knew the area.  I had been there once, probably 15 years prior.  Then along came Stephanie, my Long Beach expert!!!  She was referred to me by a friend who had found her on line, and he passed her information along to me.  So, at 11PM in the evening I sent her an e-mail to see if I could make an appointment to talk to her about my upcoming move.  Crazy as it was, at 11:15PM, I got an email back.......After we spoke the next day, I had to tell her "OK, I have NEVER owned a home before, and I have NO idea what I am doing.  I am VERY high maintenance, and I will need to see everything (and as she can attest, I did......sometimes more than once!)".  I than told her "If you want to say no to me, than I totally understand, as I am sure that I will take up a lot of your time".  Stephanie, when she finished chuckling, told me.....I am her favorite kind of person to work with.....and she PROMISED that she would make this a great experience....and she did!

I can say that we looked for 4 months, at a minimum of 60 condos ~ I was quickly becoming her weekend date.....I am sure to her dismay! 

When I FINALLY made an offer and things started moving SOOOO Quickly, Stephanie was there with me every step of the way.  Her incredible knowledge and organization made, what I later found in buying another home , something that was not as easy, so easy!  It was such a pleasurable experience, and I could not have purchased my first home without her.....!!!

 So, now that I finally owned a home that I absolutely LOVED, it was again time to relocate ~ my first call was to Stephanie, who I knew would again, take great care of me!  In the start of a down market, she was honest and forthright about my options, and even when I didn't know what I wanted to do, she made me feel comfortable that I was always making the right decision.  She did tons of research for me, and when I was commuting back and forth, she checked my home regularly to make sure that everything still looked great for the next person who was coming to look at it!  She marketed my house so perfectly, that had I not already owned it....I would have fallen in love with it!!!  I was lucky enough to sell my house, and while I was looking for more, I know that Stephanie got me what my house was worth, and her efforts will never go un-noticed!
